EASTERN EDGE BOAT TOURS
Our excursion packages include but are not limited to cod fishing, whale & sea bird watching, site seeing, boil-up & hiking, not to mention colorful yarns with the old sea skipper himself. After 40 years at sea, there should be no shortage of shanties. You can just relax for a day cruise or enjoy a scenic hike across a remote abandoned fishing village to view old church and remnants of a bygone era while the skipper cooks your meal over open fire on the beach.
Sailing Excursion: Minimum $300.00 excursion fee includes 1 to 3 passengers, $100.00 per additional passenger, Maximum occupancy – 5 passengers).

White Hills Ski Resort

Hatchet Cove
This scenic 9 hole Brookside Golf Course awaits you. It is located approximately 20kms east of the Restland Motel.
Terra Nova
Two scenic golf courses are located on the edge of Terra Nova Park approximately 20kms west of the Restland Motel. One is an 18 hole while the other is a 9 hole. Some have dubbed the 18 hole as the most scenic in Eastern Canada.

Another scenic 9 hole Golf Course, located in the heart of the Bonavista Peninsula approximately 54kms northwest of the Restland Motel.

Terra Nova National Park
Terra Nova National Park – Fingers of the Sea – protects remnants of the ancient Appalachian Mountains. Rocky headlands provide shelter from the awesome power of the open ocean. The landscape of the park varies from the rugged cliffs and sheltered inlets of the coastal region to the rolling forested hills, bogs and ponds of inland. Icebergs
Icebergs are frequently seen in the waters of Trinity and Bonavista Bay during the spring and summer months.
