Pets are allowed at a price of $10 per day based on available rooms. A pet deposit of $300 is required. Pets must be under 45 lbs. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be with owners at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. They must be leashed at all times in public areas of the hotel. Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct from the Pet Deposit. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pet Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest and their Pets. Guest are held accountable for all Repairs to any and all damages incurred.
Welcome to the Restland Motel. As it is our pleasure to provide clean and cozy rooms for our guests, we expect everyone to treat our Motel in a courteous manner.
In effort to maintain the quality of our guest rooms, we will require a pre-authorized $500.00 damage deposit per room to cover any potential costs due to damage and/or mischief. We kindly ask that room keys be returned to the front desk upon checkout. In the event your key is not returned, a $20.00 replacement fee will apply. We would also like to advise all guests that there will be a $250.00 minimum charge for smoking in a non-smoking room.
Please be advised of the following policies without exception:
- Mutual respect is very important to us, our staff and guests. Running in the hallways and loud music is strictly prohibited at all times. Please also be advised that loud conversation in your rooms will also not be tolerated after 11.00 P.M. Again, this policy is in effect to not only for fellow guest comfort, but also so to ensure that our premises remains safe from conflict and potential upset amongst our guests and our staff. A noise deposit in the amount of $200.00 in cash is required before check-in. This deposit is in place to cover lost revenue due to complaints from other guests. Applicable noise fees will apply if guests neglect our Policy.
- The use of cooking equipment in standard rooms is strictly prohibited, of course except for housekeeping units. The condition of each kitchen unit must be returned with all pots, pans, and dishes thoroughly clean. In the event you decide to check out without cleaning your kitchen, we will assume you are in agreement with an applicable housekeeping charge that will be applied to your pre-authorized credit card on file in an amount deemed justified to cover the time it takes to clean the area thoroughly.
- We enforce a ZERO tolerance Policy for Tampering with fire fighting equipment. Police will be called and charges will be laid.
- Small kids playing ball with hockey sticks, etc. is strictly prohibited in the corridors or any other area of the hotel.
